COMMERCIAL DIRECTORS

Grupo Constenlaīs commercial area is divided into different divisions that independently cover several distribution channels: Supermarket Chains, Wholesalers, Retailers, Hotels and Restaurants, Drugstores and Liquor Stores, Hardware Shops and Department Stores.

 

Each division has a sale and marketing structure, which works completely independently from each other, with experienced and professional personnel in the sales and marketing fields.

COMMERCIAL DIVISIONSī STRUCTURE

Commercial Director

Responsible for the supervision and correct administration of the division he is in charge of, as well as for the brands distributed by it.

Key Account Manager

Responsible for keeping excellent relationships with the key clients and for making them aware of the goals established for each of the categories, in this way, be able to guarantee our clients a personalized service.

Distribution Manager

Responsible for the sales of the division he is in charge of, and his main goal is to achieve the customer serviceīs total quality.

Sales Supervisor

Responsible for the supervision of the salesmenīs performance who directly work with him and for guaranteeing the best service of the clients.

Pre-Sale Salesman

This person offers a direct service to the client, he sells the products and sends the purchase order directly to the company for its invoicing and delivery. This kind of sale is carried out by each salesman utilizing a notebook computer with a modem, something that allows him to offer the best service to the client and an on time delivery.

Direct Sale Salesman

Offers services to the small retailers. This salesman drives a truck, and takes the products to the different points of sale where he sells, invoices and delivers the goods at the same time. The use of a Hand Held is required for his best jobīs performance.

Brand Supervisor

His mission is to develop the different suppliersī brands that are under his responsibility. In charge of preparing annual marketing plans, analysis of the distribution of the brands in the market (distribution audit works), as well as supervising and controlling inventories. This executive should implement marketing activities that are annually negotiated with the supplier, should be constantly aware of our competitors performance and must have constant control over the advertising and promotional budget.

Marketing Services Manager

Responsible for implementing marketing strategies in the point of sale. This person is in charge of the main activities carried out in the different points of sale such as: territory supervision, demo-girls activities, and merchandising.

Territory Supervisor

Responsible for the control and administration of the company’s resources in the point of sale. Among his main activities we find: control and supervision of the products at the point of sale, making sure there is a good brand presence.  Also in charge of coordination of special events.

Merchandiser

This person is in charge of taking our products from the client’s warehouse to the point of sale always trying to put them in the best shelf location to achieve a higher rotation. Some of his main activities are to arrange the goods on the shelf, decoration at the point of sale and special exhibitions.

Demo Girls

These people are in charge of promoting the products so that they can be taken from the clients shelves to the final consumer. The Demo Girls promote the products by offering them to the consumers through tasting activities, etc., whose purpose is to increase rotation and let the consumer familiarize with the product.

Head of the Art Department

This Department is in charge of designing and elaborating materials for the points of sale for the different promotional activities and special exhibitions as well as creating posters and other POP material to support and cooperate in the presentation of new products to clients.

Promotion Manager

Responsible of designing and bringing about promotions and corporate events which support the different brands represented by our Group.

Special Events

In charge of planning and coordinating all the special activities carried out in the national territory for the promotion of the brands that our Group distributes.
